We produce the feeds and extracts that support third-party systems, applications and downstream data services, in the shape and on the schedule they need them. That includes the returns you are obliged to submit upward, to the bodies that commission, fund or regulate you, built from the same governed data.

The framework already exists, so the work is configuring it around your systems rather than building a warehouse from nothing. That is the difference between a first report in days and a project plan measured in quarters.
The steps are the same whoever does them. Your own team can own the configuration at no additional cost, or we do it for you through the retainer or a project. Most organisations start with us and take more of it on as they go.

New sources, models and reporting can be maintained by your own internal team, at no additional cost. No gatekeeping, no per-change fee. If you would rather we did it, we can: through the retainer for ongoing work, or a fixed quote for something larger or one-off.

No long-term contract, no hidden or unknown exit fees, nothing held back if you go. We would rather you stayed because you like what you get than because a contract says you have to.

Synaxiom scales down as well as up. It runs for small organisations with modest datasets, and for large ones where the volumes and the rules are unforgiving. Retail sales at one end, complex systems like NHS patient data at the other, on the same platform.
We have run Synaxiom for NHS clients for over 12 years, proven to process more than 43 million patient records, over 709 million transactions a day, continuously and comfortably. That is the proof rather than the limit: the warehouse, the automation and the reporting are not sector specific.

Questions
The things people ask first
What sources can it take?
Line-of-business systems, databases, APIs, and the flat files and spreadsheet extracts you already produce. We would rather automate around the messy reality than wait for every system to offer a clean feed.
Why not just build our own warehouse?
You can, and if you have a data team who want to own it, we will say so rather than sell you this. For everyone else the build is months of engineering, and then somebody has to run it forever: infrastructure, schedules, failures at three in the morning, and the next new source after that. Synaxiom is that work already done, configured around your systems instead of built from nothing.
Do we need a data team to use it?
No, and you do not need developers either. Loads run automatically, and where a file has to come from you it goes in an agreed place. Defining the metadata for a new stream is configuration, not code, so your own team can own it if they want to. If they would rather not, we do it through the retainer or project work.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Wherever it needs to live. We host in the region that suits your business and your data residency requirements, and we work to your rules rather than asking you to work to ours. Access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and tested backups come as part of the setup.
How do we get new reports later?
Either way round. Your own team can add new sources, models and reporting at no additional cost, because the platform is configured rather than coded. If you would rather we did it, that runs through the retainer, or a fixed quote for something larger or one-off.
What happens if we want to leave?
We would rather you did not, but if you do: in your final month we work with you to export all of your data and hand over your documented business rules and models. Nothing held back, no leverage taken, and no hidden or unknown exit fees.
