Trade marks

Synnova® is a UK software and data engineering company. This page sets out our trade marks and how they may be used. It is here partly to keep things clear: Synnova is a distinct company, not to be confused with similarly named organisations.

Ownership

Our trade marks are owned by Synnova Group Ltd and used under licence by Synnova Business Services Ltd, the company that trades as Synnova. Ownership of the marks stays with Synnova Group Ltd.

Fair use

You may use the Synnova name and logos to refer to Synnova and our products (in articles, reviews, and links) provided you use them unmodified and in a way that creates no confusion and implies no endorsement or partnership that does not exist. For example, writing that your service “integrates with Synnova”, or linking to our site, is fine. Styling your own product to look like ours, or suggesting we built, own, or endorse something we do not, is not. When you mention us, a plain reference in ordinary text is always safer than recreating our branding.

Restrictions

You may not use the Synnova marks, or anything confusingly similar, in your own company name, product name, or domain name. You may not register or apply for marks that are confusingly similar to ours, and you may not present our marks as your own. If you resell or integrate with our products, describe that relationship in plain words rather than adopting our marks as part of your own brand.

Official files for our two figurative marks. Keep them as supplied: do not modify, recolour, distort, stretch, or combine them with other marks or words.
