Using this site

You are welcome to browse this site and use it to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or submitting unlawful or abusive content through the enquiry form.

Content and ownership

The content of this site (text, design, and imagery) and the Synnova name and our product brands are the property of Synnova Group Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not use them without written permission.

Information, not advice

The content of this site is general information about what we do. It is not professional advice, and it does not form part of any contract. Any engagement with us, a retainer or a project, is governed by the separate written agreement we enter into together, not by these terms.

Retainer engagements

Retainers are billed per billing period. Monthly plans run month to month with no long-term tie-in; annual plans run for the committed year and are offered at a discount to the monthly rate.

Changing plan. You can upgrade at any time, pro-rated against the remainder of your current billing period or annual term. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period (for monthly plans) or at the end of the annual term (for annual plans).

Refunds. We do not give refunds, except that if you cancel within 7 days of first starting a retainer we refund 75% of your first month.

Where this site links to another website, that site has its own terms and privacy arrangements. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Synnova Business Services Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site’s content or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
